Represent Southeast Denver in budgetary decisions and monitor city spending
Represent neighborhoods and local business in transportation issues and transit-related development
Promote community policing and fire protection to ensure safe neighborhoods
Provide safe pedestrian and bicycle access to local shopping, public transit, and neighborhood parks
Support local libraries, recreational facilities, senior citizen centers and open space
Advocate for our children through effective cooperation between the City and Denver Public Schools
Direct advocacy for District 4 residents with city agencies, implementation of 3-1-1, and responsive problem-solving.
Town meetings, senior seminars, and newsletters including Peggy's Pages and Focus on 4.
Supporting retail center revitalization, the Southeast Business Partnership, and transit-oriented development.
Regional cooperation through the SE I-25 Transportation Mobility Association and Greenprint sustainability initiatives.

I am announcing my candidacy for my third and final term as City Councilwoman for Denver City Council District 4. You, my constituents, supporters and friends, have been integral to my success.
